Once you have decided on the boat, date, time and any other inclusions we will send you a booking confirmation and a deposit payment of 50% is required within 48hrs to secure your booking. The remaining balance is required no later than 2 weeks before your charter date. 

A security bond is required to cover costs of any accidental damages and is payable 1 week prior to your charter date. Provided there is no damage or excess cleaning fees, the bond will be refunded 7 days after your charter. 

Deposits are non-refundable. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before signing to accept the terms and fees of rescheduling.

Yes. A surcharge applies to the total charter cost and any inclusions. Please check the surcharge amount that applies to your specific boat.

The most popular wharf locations for pick up are King Street Wharf, Darling Harbour, Casino wharf and Rose Bay. Please see our wharve locations tab for more info. Please ask our team if you have a specific request.

Yes. Any additional pick up/drop offs incur a $50 fee. Please consider that this may consume your charter time and disrupt your charter course. 

Sydney harbour has many beautiful spots to explore. Depending on your pick up and drop off locations and weather conditions, the captain will know the best course to take for your enjoyment on the day. Please ask our team if you have a specific request.

All charters will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the Captain on the day.

Yes. BYO is only suitable for groups of 40 people or less. Catering options are also available.

Yes. Most boats have eskies and fridges. Please check if your specific boat supplies ice or not.

Some boats do have a BBQ on board. Please ask us which boats have this option.

Yes. All children and infants must be supervised at all times and are your sole responsibility when on the vessel. They are counted as a full guest on your maximum numbers allowed. Please notify us if you are bringing any minors so we can have the appropriate number of life vests available. Ask us for our recommendation as some boats are more suitable than others for children. 

Swimming is allowed at your own risk on most vessels during day light and safe swell conditions. Guests will need to be competent swimmers and supply their own towels. Please advise us if you plan on swimming.

Most boats have pool toys available for hire. Please advise us if you plan on swimming.

Yes, all our boats have toilet facilities.

Most boats request that you do not wear stiletto heels or black soled shoes, as they can mark the vessel or cause injury to passengers. We will advise you if there is a specific shoe policy at the time of booking.

Yes. All our boats have an Aux or Bluetooth compatible sound system on board.

We can add a DJ to your package or BYO (they must bring all of their own equipment). Please be aware that setup and pack down happens during your charter time. In circumstances where setup beforehand is available, a fee may apply.

Depending on availability and circumstances, some boats do allow this service and may incur an extra fee. This must be pre-arranged within a strict set time frame.

Most boats allow decorations that are non-stick and will not cause any marks or damage to the boat. All decorations must be removed at the completion of the charter. Balloons on weights are best for indoor areas, however it is recommended to consider the space that these may take up. Glitter and confetti is prohibited.
